Why sponsor us?
- As an insurance policy: You're an IT Pro, but there's times when forum support doesn't quite cut it
- API/Custom pages advice: Expert help on using ITFlows API for your specific needs
- Whitelabel: Remove the 'Powered by ITFlow' attribution banner
- Keep ITFlow alive: Support the longevity of ITFlow as we evolve into a viable alternative to similar closed-source apps
How it works
- Complete the form: We'll need some details about you, your org and how you're running ITFlow
- Portal Access: We'll review the details & add you to our support portal
- Sponsorship: We'll generate a recurring invoice to process your sponsorship/donation (via Stripe)
- Get help when you need it: You'll be able to raise tickets directly with ITFlow developers
What it costs
- We ask for a sponsorship/donation of $60 a month (USD) to access the support portal
- One off incident: You may just sign up for one month if that's all you need - please mention this in the 'Anything else we should know' box

The main points are: This is not a contractual/SLA agreement, support is best-effort & we will only support LAMP stack installs
Review terms
- PRIVATE SUPPORT IS A SPONSORSHIP/DONATION PERK, YOU ARE NOT PAYING A FEE FOR A SERVICE.
- These sponsor private support terms are in addition to the existing GNU GPL that ITFlow is licensed under. They may be updated at any time.
- Donating does NOT change the ITFlow license or our legal/contractual responsibilities to you. For clarity, neither side have contractual responsibilities.
- Support is best effort and doesn't come with a guarantee or warranty. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages / losses.
- We aim to respond to requests within 12 hours however there is no guaranteed time frame ("SLA") on when you'll receive a response (or resolution).
- You are assumed to have regular (tested & working) ITFlow full VM backups.
- Whilst we'd never knowingly or intentionally provide bad or incorrect advice, we're not responsible if something does go wrong as a result of following our advice.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your infrastructure (specifically including taking and testing all associated backups).
- We expect you to raise tickets responsibly for legitimate ITFlow-related inquiries and refrain from abusive or disruptive behavior.
- Support is scoped to general queries, troubleshooting issues and basic API/custom code assistance. Out of scope items include (but are not limited to):
- Running ITFlow in an unsupported way (e.g. Windows/Docker/Shared hosting).
- Known issues / bugs already confirmed / discussed on the forum / Github.
- ITFlow upgrades, where the version is more than 6 months behind.
- For the purposes of providing support, we will store all information provided in our Portal
- You freely consent to the collection and storage of your data (e.g. names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, etc).
- We'll do our best to keep all information provided safe & secure, but can't guarantee this. We will make every effort to notify you if we believe your information has been accessed by unauthorised third parties.
- We will share a copy of all data stored upon request from the primary contact.
- Data can be redacted/erased upon request at any time.
- We won't share data with any third parties, unless there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
- You agree that we may choose to publicly share redacted general question/issue information & workaround/solutions with the ITFlow community.
- You can stop sponsoring us at any time - just let us know. If you choose to suspend or stop donations, your data (and portal access) will be redacted/removed within 90-180 days.

TLDR; We’ll prioritise portal requests over forum posts & try our best to assist as quickly as we can. HOWEVER, there are still no guarantees, warranties, or refunds. This is a donation perk - be reasonable in your expectations. As always, apply common sense and take regular backups.
